    Eight (8) copies of the following:
    Cover Letter
    Brief Proposal of no more than 3-5 pages
    Proposal/Program Budget
    List of Board of Directors
  2. One copy of proof of 501 (c)(3) status
  3. Two (2) copies of your current and prior year's financial statements.
  4. *Note that current is defined as not older than nine (9) months prior to your proposal date. Proposals not meeting this standard will be not be considered.
